What boundaries regulate

Boundaries may relate to time, privacy, touch, communication, money, digital spaces and emotional responsibility.

Speak clearly

Describe observable behaviour and your need. Focus on how you will manage your participation rather than trying to control another person.

Safety

Guilt does not mean a boundary is wrong. Where intimidation, threats or violence exist, prioritise safety and specialist support.
