How it works
After initial contact, the request and suitability for online work are assessed. Platform, date, duration, fee and connection details are then shared.
Environment
A private space where conversations cannot be overheard and a stable internet connection are required. A plan for technical interruptions is agreed beforehand.
Limits
Online counselling is not an emergency service and may not suit every situation. In immediate danger, contact 112 or the nearest emergency department.
