Counselling

Couples and Family Counselling

Professional support that considers the relationship system without placing the problem on one person.

Focus

Communication, needs, boundaries, roles, conflict and recurring interaction cycles are considered holistically. The goal is not to decide who is right, but to understand the system and support functional change.

Methods

Problem-focused systemic therapy, solution-focused approaches and communication-focused interventions may be used according to need.

Safety and confidentiality

Participation, confidentiality, individual meetings and limits are discussed at the outset. Safety and appropriate referral take priority where violence or immediate risk is present.
